Welcome to the New Clio Area Fire Department Website. The Clio Area Fire Department proudly serves and protects the citizens of the City Of Clio, and the Townships of Vienna and Thetford with a coverage area 72 square miles and a population of  22,000 residence. We operate out of two stations. Station 1 our newest station is located at 3291 W. Vienna Rd in Vienna Twp and Station 2 is located at 11492 N Center Rd. in Thetford Twp. The fire department is lead by our Fire Chief Gary Domerese, who has served with the Clio Area Fire Department since September 1978. Chief Domerese was recently promoted from Assistant Chief after the retirement of Jim Bronson who served with the Fire Department for 43 years.
